1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Ahki platform (the “Application”), provided by Ahki (“Service Provider”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Application.

2. Description of Service Ahki provides the Application to you as a free, “AS IS” service that enables web security, DDoS protection, and anti bot services for websites. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. The Application is not intended for children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

4. Account Registration & Security

   • Registration Data: To access certain features, you may be required to register and provide personally identifiable information (e.g., email).
   • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify the Service Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Permitted Use

   • You may use the Application solely for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
   • You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover source code, remove any proprietary notices, or interfere with the Application’s security features.

6. User Obligations

   • Compliance: You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
   • Prohibited Conduct: You will not (and will not assist others to) transmit malware, harass other users, scrape data, or otherwise misuse the Application.

7. Information Collection & Privacy

   • Your use of the Application is governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes what information is collected (e.g., IP address, device OS, approximate location) and how it is used, stored, shared, and retained.
   • You consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

   • The Service Provider employs industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, including encryption in transit (e.g., TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.
   • Incident Response: In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you promptly and take all reasonable steps to remediate.

   • The Application may integrate with or transmit anonymized, aggregated data to trusted third-party service providers that adhere to strict confidentiality and security obligations.
   • You acknowledge and agree that your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual Property

    • All content, features, and functionality of the Application (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of the Service Provider or its licensors.
    • No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set forth in these Terms.

11. Termination

    • You may stop using the Application at any time.
    • The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct that jeopardizes security or the integrity of the Application.

12. Disclaimers

    • THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
    • THE SERVICE PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

    • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

14. Indemnification

    • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Application.

15. Modifications to Terms

    • The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

    • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Severability

    • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

    • These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
